This is a bright, clean and simple establishment offering a simple menu of Japanese inspired dishes. While I felt it was a good value for the dishes offered I dint think it’s really possible to offer a delicious “sukiyaki” at this price point. The quality of meat that makes such a dish special is simply too costly. The same would be true of other dishes on the menu. Nonetheless, within the given price constraints I believe the proprietors have done a good job.
