Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am a person who uses Bonjuk at least twice a week. I've visited more than 10 stores, but the Bundang Gumi branch is the only one that is this generous to customers. I made a reservation for packaging through this order, but they gave me an empty container and told me to fill it up myself. There is no bag to tell you how to carry the porridge. I made a reservation and went there, but they told me they would no longer accept reservations from next time. He says he can't wait to make porridge. It's not that I didn't go on time, but all the other stores do, so why doesn't this store take time reservations? Why are there same-day reservations in this order? They say there were a lot of customers, but among the many tables, there were only two customers, including me. Even when I went in the afternoon when it wasn't busy, they said they didn't take reservations. Which store accepts it? All other stores accept it??? If you have a store in a good location, is it okay to be generous to your customers? This is the only place that has a big sign asking you to pay in advance! If you go there because you're not feeling well, you'll come out feeling even worse!! Never go!!!
