Still under construction. Clean tent and bedding and quiet place. But at 5 AM Rooster went off. At 620 the Cicadias started up. Luckily the 3 nights I was there I was asleep from 10 PM on. Minimal support staff. Trash didn't look like it was emptied for a long time. Kitchen available but with condiments sitting there with mold on top of the caps so no one is doing any kind of cleaning of their suppless there either. Street up to this spot is extremely steep on one side and coming up main way is also pretty dark and steep at night. If you are not an experienced driver of 2 wheels do not stay here if you plan to do anything after dark.

One of the worst place I've been in Asia due to the lack proffessionalism and organisation. They litteraly asked us to sleep on the floor outside eventhough we had a booking but couldn't find our booking that was already paid. Good location but I wouldn't recommend this place whatsoever.

Extremely disappointed. I would even call this place a scam. We booked for 5 people two months in advance, but when we arrived, only one tent was available, and the staff made no real effort to find a solution. As it was high season and prices had exploded, we had no option to go elsewhere. The staff did not speak English, so they told us to wait for the boss to arrange something. No one ever showed up. When I called again, we were told that 3 people could sleep in the tent and 2 on the floor, which is completely unacceptable. At the end of our stay, we received no refund at all, and we never managed to speak to anyone who spoke even basic English. They also falsely advertise having a restaurant and a bar ..this is not true. Overall, this experience felt dishonest and very frustrating. On the positive side, the location is beautiful, and the tents themselves are okay (when you actually get the one you booked). Unfortunately, this is not enough to make up for the poor management and lack of professionalism.
