Bought a bonsai here about 6 months ago, the girls were so helpful in assisting me with my decision, and also very supportive afterwards – they truly care about their plants and clients :) helped me with every question that I had about my bonsai when it was shedding leaves and now that it’s trying to hibernate after an overseas trip they’re helping again I’m so grateful

I had always wanted a small bonsai tree and would often drive past Bonsai Art Café, curious but never stopping. When I finally decided to buy one, this was the first place that came to mind and I’m so glad it was. I was warmly welcomed by Khun Poonim, who was not only incredibly kind but also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She patiently guided me through the selection process and made the whole experience enjoyable and personal. A few months later, my bonsai started looking a little worse for wear, largely due to my beginner-level care. I brought it back to Khun Poonim, hoping she might be able to help. Like magic, she brought it back to life! Not only did it recover but it looked even more stunning than when I first took it home. Bonsai Art Café earns 5 stars for service, 5 stars for aftercare and 5 stars for Khun Poonim herself. Whether you're buying your first bonsai or adding to your collection, I couldn’t recommend this place more highly. Be sure to ask for Khun Poonim, you’ll be in the best hands!
