While the food here was decent, the overall experience was completely dragged down by poor service and lack of organization. Despite making a booking, we were still forced to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Once at the table, the staff was dismissive and clearly overwhelmed, prioritizing a large delivery order over the dine-in customers. The meal arrived in dribs and drabs, and we weren't even provided with basic cutlery. The young waitstaff seemed moody and inexperienced. The food was the only saving grace, but the chaotic service and atmosphere ruined the evening. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: HK$200–250 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We came at the lunch time trying our luck. While we got a table in the reservation, they didn’t mention it’s inside a storage converted room, not v comfy but fine. The food - Pumpkin soup is fine. Salad is not appreciated. Just some sweet vinegar not even use any olive oil. 鰹魚熟成封門柳：firstly, a little sauce instead of the fish?!?!? Then , the meat is pretty raw inside though not bleeding. However the meat is lack of taste and so did the sauce, even we use quite some salt to try to bring it up but not. There are also a lot of tendon with the meat. I was meant to trust the high rating of the restaurant so just give it a try. The other oyster rice is tasting very very rich and heavy. Probably using quite some butter and it’s strong. After the meal, I and my partner both had mild abnormal toilet habit I had problem for a day and my partner had issue for around 2d. Not serious though. Maybe just our stomach cannot take it or something but worth noticing I think for your kitchen to be mindful of. Overall the team are young and nice. I hope you can keep improving. We went to Boon for team lunch. They have a side room where it can accommodate 20 person that was perfect. The food were well prepared. The lunch set came with appetizer (curry cauliflower and daily soup) which was tasty. Everything were fine. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: HK$100–150 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
