Unfortunately, my experience at Boon Tong Kee was unsatisfactory. The waiting time was unreasonably long, and my order was incorrect. I ordered a whole chicken but was served only half, and the quality was below expectation. Customer service was poor, and the situation was not handled well. I hope the management improves both service and food quality. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Unbelievable this is the 3rd time we visited this place and the staff informed us that they ran out of rice and we have wait for chicken at least 30 mins and we arrive smack during dinner time @ 7:10 pm
