The bread here is solid and tends to be more European in flavour, ie. Not very sweet, simple but tasty. The croissants are flaky with lots of layers, one of the more authentic I've had in Taipei. The sticky bun is pretty good too. The milk bread is a winner.

Finally found a decent bakery with REAL sourdough.
