Impressed by the Ale. The Rustica pizza wasn't too bad, they could use a better quality sausage. Service was very slow for the number of patrons. Ambience was cool, and I'd go back for another visit.

The beer was good, but the service and the food has to be one of the worst I've experienced in SG. Had to wave around for the server to notice us, then the food arrived: the gyoza and the chicken Tikka were basically reheated 7-11 ready-to-eats. We had the gyoza and sent the chicken tikka back, unlike most other places they decided to charge us for everything - even the food that never arrived (although they did offer takeaway, but the food so far was so disgusting, I had no interest in tasting the rest). Rating 1 for bad service, terrible food, and abysmal customer service.
