Very disappointing experience. When we arrived, the owner greeted us without any smile or welcoming attitude, which already set a cold tone. We had heard that this place was known for good pizzas and quality ingredients, but unfortunately this was not the case at all. The dough was very poor quality — it tasted cheap and badly prepared. The toppings were clearly industrial, processed meats (the salami and ham were low-grade and not fresh products). The tomato base was also very acidic and tasted like a fast, unprepared sauce rather than a proper pizza sauce, which is a key element of a good pizza. The waitress was polite on the surface but didn’t seem to really listen. When we asked for the bill, it arrived handwritten on a small piece of paper. The writing was almost impossible to read, with unclear item names and illegible prices. When we asked for clarification, her response felt dismissive rather than helpful. Overall, the pizza quality was extremely poor — honestly worse than a simple homemade pizza. Very disappointing considering the reputation we had read about. UPDATE (after owner’s public response): Following the owner’s reply, I would like to clarify a few factual points. The “girl” mentioned in the response was my mother. We were at the restaurant for approximately 30 minutes — not two hours — and we did order both food and drinks. Regarding the price, I did not claim spending 800 THB. The range shown on Google for this restaurant is 600–800 THB per person, which is why I selected it. Our actual bill was around 700 THB in total, including several drinks. My review reflects only my genuine experience with the food quality and service. Personal remarks about customers are unnecessary and unprofessional, and they do not change the facts described above.
