Dear Ivan, Thank you for taking the time to visit and for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to arrive at 4:00 PM only to find us already closed. Due to the heavy construction right outside our shop, large cement trucks were frequently parked directly at our entrance and along the walkway, making access extremely difficult and sometimes unsafe. For the safety of our customers, we occasionally had no choice but to close earlier than planned, which unfortunately disrupted our operating hours. We apologise for not updating our hours on Google promptly. We have since relocated and are opened at our new location at 511 Guillemard Road #01-05 (Grandlink Square) , just a stone’s throw down the road. We would love the opportunity to make it up to you. If you’re able to drop by our new shop, we would to make things right and would be delighted to buy you a coffee as a token of our appreciation for your support.
