This is the second time i’ve bought something with mold in it. I let it slide the first time because the item was one of those pre-packaged sponge cakes, but the second time in a muffin which you’d assume they would get a fresh batch in everyday? The irony of the bakery’s name

Chinese lady at the counter and wearing earphones is unprofessional. I bought french loaf and she dumped it into the plastic carrier without putting it in a normal plastic bag first. The plastic bags are there to keep the bread clean before putting it in the carrier. I don't understand what's going on in her mind. After which, I kindly asked her if I could have the plastic bags for the loaf and she just smacked it into my carrier. I stood there dumbfounded while she walked away. Service is already bad. + Atmosphere: there's always flies when I come into the bakery. They placed plastic sheets over their baked goods but with how consistent the flies are, shouldn't there be better management? Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
