Will they need to change their name when people discover how amazing the bread and pastries are??? You’ll want to checkout Bread Secret if you like Asian bread and pastries. I was staying across the street when visiting HK and went daily. The Japanese pineapple bun is filled with butter and ready to go. The coriander cream is delicious but may actually have too much delicious cream. Their regular white bread is a perfect vehicle for butter by achieving a balance between softness and chew.
