Have been an avid lover of BreadTalk for many years but was absolutely disappointed after encountering the rudest staff (Chinese skinny young girl - I assume since she was wearing a mask) at the Tampines Mall outlet. Made my purchase at 7.22pm and couldn’t exactly hear what she said and I had to ask her to repeat and found out she was asking for payment method but very rudely. Staff obviously needs re-training and if she’s not happy to be working in the service industry, she should not even be there. Service: 1

I visit the Tampines BreadTalk outlet almost every Sunday. In the past two visits, this staff member (guy) taking orders repeatedly got the orders wrong and did not seem attentive. There was also no apology when the mistakes were pointed out. Management may want to look into this and provide more training for frontline staff. Weekends are busy, and it might help to have more experienced staff handling the long queues. Hope the service can improve.
