Very rude aunty that was dispensing the bread, I asked her a very simple question and before I was able to finish my sentence, she had cut me of and said "Don't ask me, I don't know", very rude around the afternoon

The old aunty on duty on 28/5/26 Thur afternoon at the BreadTalk Clementi Mall is very rude. I asked politely whether do they still have 'sponge' cake as I would not find it after going around the bread counters. She does not understand it, therefore was referred to a young girl to assist me, it turned out it is called 'Steamed' cake instead of 'Sponge' which i called. Instead of letting the whole matter passed, she was grumbling loudly at the cashier counter to the rest of the staffs about the 'Sponge' cake non-stop even I was still inside the shop. It was really very rude of her. Can the management educate them properly especially when there were still other customers around? Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Really rude young chap. He made me wait for quite some time. Usually it's very fast to check. was so rude when i told the lady next to him that he didnt know what to do. I didnt even scream at him. I just pointed out that he didnt know what to do. The lady next to him just ignored me and didnt want to help to check even when i told her he didnt know a few times. He got upset and answered me in a sarcastic manner. Irritably threw the tongs into the sink to show his displeasure. Didnt even bother to answer my question that I asked earlier. I DONT DESERVE SUCH RUDE SERVICE. The lady next to him really treated me as invisible. when i told her he didnt know what to to check the number of buns in the card. Small, crowded shop. me fat. Unable move around properly. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
