I bought a cake from the BreadTalk City Square Mall branch. The staff gave me a cooling bag that was too small, so the top couldn't be closed. I asked if they had cooling packs, but I was told they didn't. Instead, they could only offer this smaller cooling bag. When I questioned how the bag would keep the cake cool if it was left open at the top, the salesperson simply said the insulated sides were enough. I don't understand why a store that sells large cakes doesn't have cooling bags that fit their own cakes. An open cooling bag defeats its purpose, especially in Singapore's hot weather. Very disappointing experience. Meal type: Other Price per person: SGD 30–40
