Extremely disappointed. Bought an "Eggie Sand" today (6 July 2026), and it tasted completely off and sour on the very first bite. Checked the label, and it expires today. Selling food that has already spoiled by its best-before date is a massive health hazard and shows a complete lack of proper storage and quality control. Unacceptable and completely unfit for consumption. Avoid! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This morning, I was at the wrong start of queue and the cashier (young man wearing spectacles with black frames) was so rude to me, guiding me to the correct start of queue! He needs to learn to be compassionate to customers in order to improve the reputation of BreadTalk. I’m really disappointed with his customer service Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

RUDE STAFFS! I was looking at the donut balls on the counter and the female cashier kept telling me to join the queue. Afterwards during payment, another female cashier came out to assist her in packing my bread. The first lady then left the counter to do other things. When I asked for a receipt, the second lady tossed the receipt in front of me instead of passing it over. Bad start to my morning :( Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
