21 Jul late afternoon I got the chantilly cake. Asked the very nice and professional goated young man if it was possible to have 21 candles (inside joke) and he provided it!!! Thankyou for the excellent service and making the birthday surprise possible! Meal type: Other Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Bad experience on the service standard. No box for cake, no carrier. Zero corporate image. I think home bakers do a better job than this. Slow & inexperienced service staff, had to spend about half an hour in shop waiting for cake to be packed. Deco fell off to the side of tray while packing cake too! Meal type: Other Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Somehow this outlet tends to have the floss buns unavailable. Imagine BreadTalk without floss buns?! Do something about the availability issue please. Food: 5 Service: 1 Order type: Delivery
