Nearly all Breadtalk stores seem to be always slow in payments processing part that causes long queue especially during peak hours. Just one staff managing packing and payments at the same time that caused delays. The long queue often takes up a lot of space inside the store, making it difficult for customers to move around freely while selecting bread. Due to the limited space, customers frequently bump into one another while carrying their trays, resulting in an uncomfortable shopping experience. Not just Compassone branch but especially in the Vivo City branch. The cashier queue line is so badly arranged that clashes with customers who try to take breads or cakes from the display areas. Management team should arrange appropriately in customers’ perspectives. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20

BreadTalk Just changed to Broom talk in customer brain. If you cannot even clean, I not sure if your bread are safely baked. Maybe you also subcontract out your baking. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Evening time@ Compassone BreadTalk is killing us all. It’s now 754pm on a Thursday night, 2 guys working is even slower than a gal working@ rush hour@ Westgate and Causeway point . Even the rush hour aunty is faster than the cashier guy with specs. To be fair , the other guy packing is faster than the cashier. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
