I’m disappointed to share my recent experience. As per the POSB July promotion, every BreadTalk outlet should be able to process the redemption from July 1st to 31st. However, when I visited one of your stalls, the staff claimed it was “fully claimed.” This is confusing and frustrating, as other outlets are still accepting redemptions. It reflects poorly on your brand when information is inconsistent across locations. Service: 1
