Everyday walked past Breadtalk, even going to work you will not be able to buy any bread. Shop open at 9am, but every single day by 9.30am , only 1/4 bread are ready, shelves are so empty, even by 10am, the pork floss breads are still not ready. If the bread are only ready after 10am, resident here or people going to work will buy bread somewhere else. And nobody is going to eat bread for lunch. Marketing fail. Its hard to increase your revenue where you dont serve breakfast for the crowd as a bread store. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Saw flies flying around the bread multiple times. Hygiene level very bad. Manage to snap a photo today. Can see the fly resting on the pork floss bread Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Today I was at bread talk Woodleigh mall. It was my first time to redeem my point for the bread. & I was surprised . Time was at around 3pm & The young lady cashiering at the counter was super efficient & serve her customers so professionally & with great service & smile ( Sorry forgotten to ask her the name ). It was a great asset to the company. Others outlet do not hv such staff to go all the extra miles. Good job & keep up Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
