Our restaurant is focused on serving high-quality traditional North American breakfast staples to our customers. In that sense, if our food proved to be familiar fare, then we're happy to see we've succeeded on that front. 2. While we appreciate our customers no matter their budget, our restaurant is in fact a full service restaurant, and we are not targeted towards budget customers, nor have we ever been advertised as such. Furthermore, our products are sourced for quality, and our orange juice squeezed daily from quality oranges. You're welcome to visit any similar establishment and compare prices, and we're confident you'll quickly see your views are not accurate in this regard. 3. We would ask you refrain from incorrect statements, as these charges are standard to every full service restaurant in Thailand, and are clearly stated on our menus. Furthermore our staff are trained to ask customers if they have any comments at checkout, and this is a common and easy misunderstanding to address. However if customers do not speak out to our staff and instead claim there are no issues, only to leave unhappy reviews afterwards, I'm afraid there's little we can do to help. 4. We’re a bit surprised that a self-proclaimed budget traveler would seek out a restaurant that is clearly marketed as high-quality American/Canadian breakfast. Budget seekers tend to forget that Bangkok is an international city with many expats and locals with the means to enjoy our meals and appreciate what we offer. It’s presumptuous, and a bit offensive to those that live here, when you imply we are only here for tourists. In fact, this was never our intended market, but with our amazing success with expats and locals, we organically became the choice of quality tourists looking for a familiar taste from home. While we recognize your expectations were not met, there is little we can do when those expectations are unreasonable. Our staff work hard to provide all customers with great food and service.
