BrewLab Cafe was a pleasant surprise and one of those places that quietly exceeds expectations. While the café itself offers a relaxed, contemporary atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in for a coffee break, the standout for me was the strawberry matcha. It would have been easy for it to lean too sweet or gimmicky, but instead it was remarkably well balanced, with the earthy character of the matcha complementing the bright fruitiness of the strawberry. Refreshing, smooth, and surprisingly refined, it quickly became one of the most memorable drinks I had during my time in Bangkok. The café strikes a nice balance between being stylish and approachable, making it equally suitable for a quick stop or a longer, more leisurely visit. Service was friendly, the space was comfortable, and the overall experience felt thoughtfully put together. I arrived expecting a decent café and left genuinely impressed. If you’re visiting BrewLab, the strawberry matcha is absolutely worth trying—it may just surprise you as much as it surprised me. Meal type: Other Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
