タイで本格的なハンバーガーが食べられるお店。店の雰囲気と店員さんの対応が非常によく、楽しいひとときを過ごすことができました。いろいろなお酒が揃っていたので、次は世界各地のビールに挑戦してみたいと思います。

I have been a regular customer at Brick House, but unfortunately, after my experience this morning, I won’t be returning. I simply asked for clarification about the charges for my coffee. My meal included a free coffee, and I was happy to pay the additional charge to upgrade it to a cappuccino. However, I was then charged again for an espresso, and that additional charge was actually more than the cappuccino upgrade. I wasn’t trying to argue about the money — I just wanted to understand how the charges had been calculated. Unfortunately, instead of calmly explaining it, the response I received felt unnecessarily angry and confrontational. I have also found the service from the waitress working in the mornings consistently unfriendly. On several visits she has come across as abrupt, rarely smiles, and today in particular I felt her manner was unnecessarily aggressive when I was simply asking a reasonable question. It’s disappointing because I had been a regular customer and had spent a fair amount of money here over time. A simple, polite explanation would have resolved the situation immediately. After today’s experience, however, I’ve decided I won’t be returning. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited an eternity to be offered a menu after taking a seat, so searched one out for myself. Had Panang. Same rich, creamy, salty and non spicy stuff I'm dished up in the UK...thai food to appease the western palet. Not what I want jn Thailand unfortunately. Service was not terrible but not particularly dynamic either, with slightly disinterested staff. Nice place with extensive food and drink menus, but a place where it seems unless you swoon around the owner, you won't ever really feel comfortable....same as any regulars bar I suppose so can forgive that.
