Super rude staff! We politely asked if our dog (safely inside his trolley) could stay right next to our window seat in the mall common area — not inside the restaurant at all. The staff replied in a very rude tone: “The shopping mall doesn’t allow that" That’s just not true. Science Park is widely known as a pet-friendly place — dogs on leashes (or in trolleys) are common in the mall areas. Using a fake “mall rule” as an excuse felt lazy and unnecessarily aggressive. The restaurant was dead empty on a weekend while almost every other spot nearby was busy. It’s obvious why — the attitude drives people away. Disappointing experience. Won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend, especially to anyone with a pet. Plenty of friendlier options around Science Park. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
