A solid neighborhood bakery with a nice selection of goods. Whether you're vegan or not you will enjoy each bite. Just make sure to get there early so you have the most to choose from.

Bronto is a small bakery café specializing in cookies. They produce a variety of cookies and crumble cakes, which are each individually wrapped into plastic foil. They say that they strive to make vegan cookies, but when I visited, there was at least one type of cookie that was decorated with non-vegan white chocolate. (It was labeled non-vegan in Korean, but you had to read the entire label to notice.) Apart from trying to avoid egg and dairy, they use no white wheat flour but whole wheat and rice flour. Accordingly, their bakery items taste different from regular baked goods: The texture is much more dense and also more crumbly. Overall, the taste is somewhat on the healthier side if you consider the sweetness level as well. Personally, I was not impressed by the taste, and I think that the cookies are a bit overpriced as well. The café is small and offers only a few seats for eating on location. It is located in a neighborhood that does not have many alternative places at the moment.
