Wow! Fantastic coffee! This cute little takeout spot had excellent coffee. I was surprised at how flavourful and smooth my iced coffee and Americano were. Great prices, friendly service and the packaging! Off day state of mind.. I love it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Been patronizing Broti for years but today the staff at the drinks counter was unusually rude. This is the first time I’ve experienced something like this here. Hope management can train the staff, as basic courtesy is important in customer service. (Incident happened on 24th Nov afternoon) Food: 4
