Walked past a couple of times. Saw a full display this time and finally decided to head in. The lady behind the counter was friendly and welcoming. The first item which caught my eye was the chocolate financier. Thought I should try something refreshing, so I got the lemon meringue too. Personally, I prefer the dense and intense chocolatey financier. The rich and soft chocolate ganache paired well with the fluffy cake below. It would've been perfect for me if the cherry had been soaked in brandy/rum, but it would then restrict others from enjoying it too. Food: 5 Service: 5

I have been a repeat customer of Browned Butter Bakehouse since they moved into the neighbourhood! So far I have enjoyed all of the pastries and sweets i’ve ordered! My favourites are the brownies and savoury tart. I can’t wait to try their omakase set this month!!
