たんぱく質が摂れるところ、かつクイッティアオ！ということでタイ人におすすめしてもらいました。圧倒的タイのローカルレストラン感の割にお値段はやや高めです。あひる肉だからでしょうか。大きめあひるの足1本が乗ったセンレックを注文。日本人にはやや薄味に感じましたがなかなかのお味。肉はほろほろでした。ちょっと足りなかったのであひる丼も食べました。わざわざトンローでこれ食べなくてもいいかな、と思います。あとキャッシュオンリーなのでご注意ください。. Buay Pochana feels like a duck holdout on a soi that would rather be sipping cocktails. An old friend pointed me here; the 4.1 from a few hundred reviews reads like a long domestic argument about whether “proper” duck noodles are worth planning your day around. Out front the kitchen looms over the pavement: scarred burners, hanging ducks, five-spice steam drifting down the soi as the only marketing that matters. Step past the glass stall and you are suddenly in the back of the house: gods on high shelves, a stockpot under a football shirt, bottled ranks of home-made chrysanthemum tea. The flagship is duck noodles with wontons in dark, spiced broth, but the baby king is the chilli-oil duck wontons, all thin skins, soft centres and roasted ground chilli warmth that tastes like the house policy on flavour.
