日本食が食べれるレストラン。 タイの片田舎で和食が食べたいと思っても、家で習慣的に作るにはハードルが高い。 なぜなら日本食材の買える店は数少ない、バンコクに行かないとなかなか欲しいものは手に入らない。 日本に居たって、「手間がかかるから」「おいしく作るのが難しい」「材料をわざわざ買ってくるのが億劫」と思ってしまう。 このレストランはホテルに併設されていて、朝ごはんは200バーツでbuffet スタイルで頂ける。 お弁当のデリバリーやルームサービスもしており、何より味は日本人好みである。 タイ人スタッフの親切な対応も良い。

Service here is terribly slow!!! We waited for nearly an hour to get our food. If you don’t have at least an hour to waste, please do not stop here. The taste was just average, nothing special. We checked-in at 6.45 pm, unfortunately there was a party of 30 persons checked in ahead of us. At 7.30 pm, we requested for a check and would like to cancel the rest of our order (sushi and pasta). The waitress said both dishes are under the preparation and cannot be cancelled. We waited 10 more minutes, and nothing has been served. I am not a Japanese chef but I don’t think we need for more than 10 minutes to make six small pieces of sushi (unless you run out of steamed rice). We asked for a check one more time and told them it is unnecessary to make a lie. After waiting for 5 more minutes, the pasta was offered free of charge. However, we declined it because we did not want to waste one more minute here. It is understandable to wait in a long queue, however they should mention about an unexpectedly long waiting time upon check in. Furthermore, another group who came later after us got their food while we were still hopelessly waiting.
