However, please accept our deepest apologies that the waffle and chocolate fondue were not served warm, leading to a very disappointing experience for you.This menu is originally designed for guests to enjoy the contrast in temperature between the warm waffle and chocolate and the cold ice cream.Following your feedback, we conducted an internal investigation and found that the dish was prepared by an inexperienced staff member and served without a proper final check by the chef. This was an unacceptable failure in our professional standards, and we deeply regret it.Furthermore, we take your comment about the "lack of improvement" very seriously as a stern reminder of our own complacency.
