이수역에서 멀지는 않지만 주택가 근처에 있어서, 엇 이런 곳에 이런 카페가 있네? 싶었다. 아마도 동네 주민들이 자주 이용하지 않을까. 우드톤의 따스함과 식물들의 싱그러움이 주민들의 발길을 이끌 것 같았다. 더군다나 채광까지 좋으니, 내가 이 동네에 살았어오 자주 올 듯하다. 제공하는 원두도 꽤 다양하고 직접 로스팅 하시는 것을 보아 꽤 전문적이다. 산미 있는 원두로 라떼 마셨는데, 산미가 강하지 않고 라떼와 적절히 잘 어울려서 기분 좋게 잘 마셨다. 초저녁에 방문해서 사람이 적어 조용히 여유를 즐길 수 있어서 좋았다. 다른 시간대에는 혼잡한지 아닌지 모르겠지만, 이수역에 방문할 일이 있으신 분에게는 추천드린다. We were on our own little learning/ search tour for coffee while staying in Seoul and surrounding area for a few weeks. This was one place we came to, and it was so enjoyable. My happy place, for a few moments! The (I believe owner) was soo knowledgeable but kind, he talked with us a while about the flavors of each bean and even let us sample a recent roast he'd done. He made recommendations for other coffee and food places to try during our stay, as a sweet lady at another Cafe before had done for us as well, but I came back here to say: after weeks of cafes, a group of us, tasting multiple drinks at each place, this is the best, most peak flavor, divine coffee in and around Seoul (and far above anything I've yet to try in the US).
