Finally got to try this handmade noodle place! It was our first time here as the last time we came, we couldn’t make it in because the line was way too long. This time, we arrived on a weekday right when they opened so we didn’t have to wait at all. We each got a lunch set which came with a jumbo dumpling, noodles, and a drink. We got the clam noodles and the ox bone broth noodles. The clam noodles were exactly my cup of tea! The broth was super clear and packed with clams without any sand. The noodles had a great texture too! Thick and chewy. Eating them with kimchi was perfect. The ox bone broth noodles didn’t quite meet our expectations. They only came with a few pieces of meat but the noodles and broth themselves were still amazing. Overall, we were so satisfied! Really warm and homey flavours. Love the chewy noodle and the subtle alkaline flavour. Beef slice was tender but not fatty. Garnish and kimchi was amazing! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: HK$50–100 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
