WOW!!!! What a sorely underexposed gem! Bulgogee Go is one of my favorite little secrets in Hong Kong. Of course, the number one most important thing is that the reasonably-priced food is delicious. The flavors are thoughtfully and warmly conceived, and part of the joy of the entire experience is watching the chefs grill up your food and slather it with tasty sauces in front of your eyes, all while happenin' Korean jams are playing the background. But even better than the food (and that's saying something) is the staff. The owner is very kind, cheerful, and clearly passionate about what he does. I can't stop coming back for more. Please support Bulgogee Go!
