I’ve been to this outlet a few times, but this was the worst dining experience so far. I specially chose to dine at 3pm to avoid the crowd, but most of the staff seemed to be resting instead. Even during non-peak hours, the staff still tried to squeeze customers together at the same area. There were only two tables ordering, yet the food was served much slower than usual. The pancake was burnt, and the kimchi fried rice was too wet. There’s no longer free-flow side dishes anymore. Overall, the food standard has dropped a lot. Ordered the bulgogi beef set (sharing for 2-3 pax), seafood pancake, cold noodles and cold/warm barley tea. The food was quite delicious, notable mentions are the tofu skin appetizer and seafood pancake. The sauces which you could add at your own leisure went very well with the food, and my favourite was garlic sauce. Recommended.
