(It wasn't open today because it was a regular holiday on Wednesday, but it doesn't seem to be doing much business these days.) BURGER 4.5 caught my eye while walking around Hongdae. As it was my first time, I ordered a basic burger (New Standard) and was a bit surprised because it exceeded my expectations. Although the Daujeon Island dressing lasted the entire time I was eating it (because it was a bit strange), the taste was completely different from franchise burgers and was very attractive. It's clear that they put a lot of effort into making sure the ingredients are good. I don't think the price is high for this level of quality. I need to try other menus step by step. There are fewer burger restaurants in Hongdae than I thought, so I was looking for one and it turned out well. 2020.9.23 Today is Caesar No. 5. The dressing matches very well. The romaine enhances the crunchy taste, and the bacon in the middle makes the taste richer. It’s fun because it’s a burger restaurant with a variety of flavors ^^ Next time choice is Fatboy! 2020.10.7 Today is Fatboy. Wow... this burger is amazing. Both visual and taste. It's impossible to eat without getting it on your hands or spilling it. It had an American style burger feel to it~ It looked heavy at first glance, so I didn't order French fries, but I think it was a good decision. I'm so full. The taste is really amazing. The fried onions go really well with the burger. 2020.10.13 As expected, Caesar No.5 seems to suit my taste the most. GO with this for the time being. 2020.11.13 It’s been a while since I came here and today I have Caesar No.5 Set. It's a bit heavy because it includes French fries. And today I didn't have Evian, so I had cider. When eating a good quality burger, carbonation is the main culprit that reduces the taste.
