I was originally going to leave a scathing review. But now I need to make a 180 reversal. So I came in tonight trying to order a 10-decker burger and I was told they ran out of meat. This was the third time that they've been out of something I've wanted to order. I sat in the lobby writing a negative review when the manager, Ms. Zhang, approached me and offered me a solution. She was smart, kind, and professional enough to make sure I didn't go hungry. Now that's amazing customer service! Thank you so much Ms. Zhang. I hope the company knows how well you represent Burger King. Price per person: NT$200–400 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
