Food was fine, no complaints. A girl working in the kitchen was shouting and swearing in chinese. Though it is a fast food place i would still expect burger king to hire workers who understand that they should not be behaving that way where young children and families go to.Thankfully the manager and the girl going around asking for reviews was polite so 3 stars for service. Hope things change... 18th august evening~ Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

I came here with my friends for dinner after a long of work, it was my first time eating at this burger king outlet. The only person that was at working on the drinks was so sweet. She smiles a lot while working. I asked for extra chilli and her response was so polite. I’m pretty sure she is special (autistic) because she’s way too happy to be working at such places but that’s okay because she’s adorable they should give her a raise her name is Jasmin I think. The food was good, overall the place is good. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I often dine at the Fernvale BK outlet, and after so many visits, one of the staff, Bradon, actually remembered that I had made three orders. Instead of asking me to self-collect my third order, he personally brought it over to my table. It’s really rare to come across this level of service in Singapore these days. Truly appreciated! Well done, Bradon, you’ve earned my 5 review. Keep it up! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
