Sharing about an incredibly pleasant, heartwarming and human exchange with Mr Loga and his lovely crew. I previously ordered an ice cream cone but forgot all about it, when I came back and mentioned it as a joke, Mr Loga offered to give it to me without any hesitation. This went way beyond just a simple customer service exchange and it truly showed what it means to be human in a day and age where that seems increasingly impossible. BK, $1.20 in your amazing staff’s kindness earned you a lifelong loyal customer. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had a really great experience at Burger King Tampines Mart. The service was excellent, and I’d especially like to highlight Ahmad for his outstanding attitude. He was incredibly kind, patient, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was right with our order. His positive energy and genuine care for customers really stood out. It’s not every day you come across service like this, and it definitely made our visit more enjoyable. Big appreciation to Ahmad and the whole team for their hard work and consistency in serving the Tampines community. Highly recommended!
