Regarding the sauces, our staff did include a packet of ketchup with your order. However, if you ever need extra ketchup or would like mayonnaise specifically next time, please just let our team know and we will gladly prepare it tor you. We sincerely apologize for the bad experience. If you happen to pass by our restaurant over the next few days, we would love to arrange a full refund for your burger. We hope to have the chance to make things right for you.
