Hidden in the jungle of Koh Phangan, Bustan is an intimate garden restaurant open on weekends only. Our concept is built around a seasonal tasting menu, so there is no menu to browse in advance. Every dinner is created around the freshest ingredients we can source from local markets and trusted producers, allowing the experience to evolve constantly with the seasons.

Rather than following a single culinary tradition, our food is inspired by the meeting of cultures. We love blending techniques, ingredients, and flavours from different parts of the world to create dishes that feel both familiar and unexpected. Each course is part of a carefully curated journey, designed to be enjoyed at a relaxed pace in our lush tropical garden.

Bustan is also our home, and welcoming guests into it is at the heart of what we do. We hope every evening feels less like dining at a restaurant and more like sharing a special meal in a place that is deeply loved, where good food, nature, and genuine hospitality come together.
