Dining at Butcher's Cut Samseong was one of the highlights of my visit to Seoul. The restaurant delivers a refined steakhouse experience with a stylish yet relaxed atmosphere. The quality of the meat is outstanding — perfectly cooked, flavourful and beautifully presented. Every dish felt carefully prepared, and the attention to detail was evident throughout the meal. Service was professional, attentive and knowledgeable, with excellent recommendations that enhanced the overall dining experience. If you are looking for a high-quality steakhouse in the Gangnam area, this is an easy recommendation. A memorable dining experience and definitely worth returning to.
