Patronised the store at 4.50pm on 2 April and was completely triggered by the lady behind the counter. I wanted to order a serving of mac and cheese but she looked irritated and absolutely done with her job. I asked her what is the difference in portion size between the small and "medium" mac and cheese but she seemed offended by my choice of words as she impatiently reminded me that there's no "small" and "medium", only smaller or bigger. I then asked her what's the price difference but her reply was also curt. I understand if I took a while longer to make my decision, but honestly her tone and reaction was unwarranted, especially since there was no one else behind us. Please train your staff or risk losing more customers. (The customers after us asked for fries, but the same staff curtly replied repeatedly that there was no fries. Wasted opportunity - could've won over a potential customer by recommending other options.)Edit: Increased to 2 stars because the staff accommodated one man's request to separate his waffles into two portions, and he gave one to us. LOL. Day made!
