I've been buying your muffins for a while now and always buy 2 at a time. I've always been given a box without any issues. Today, my mum went to buy them around 5:30pm, and the male staff on duty told her she had to buy 3 muffins to get a box. If she only bought 2, he wouldn't give her one. Is this a new policy? If not, why was she told that? It feels like customers are being pressured into buying more than they want. Management, please ensure your staff are properly trained and apply policies consistently. Went to Butter Studio at Cwp outlet. My first time. Used to visit Taka and Bugis outlet for cupcakes. Service was good at CWP outlet. The lady has patience and served me well. Bought 3 pcs of cupcakes and a slice of oolong blossom cake. I would say I like the oolong blossom since I’ve been purchasing cupcakes most of the time. Overall, quite a good buy and good service. Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very disappointed with my visit this Sunday at 12:00 PM. Despite it being Mother’s Day, the shop wasn’t ready for business and no cakes were on display. There is a clear shortage of manpower. I waited 20 minutes just to order, and the staff didn't even offer a simple 'thank you' after I paid. The cake writing was subpar, and the poor service ultimately led me to cancel a second cake order I had planned. Not a good customer experience. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
