I’ve tried Butter and cream muffins and their egg tarts from some branches which have quite consistent standards in terms of the taste and my family quite likes it. However when we buy in quantities less than 6, the staff will put the muffins in small plastic bags. This has been the worst experience when it destroyed the appearance and our appetite. Hope they review this feedback and make improvement. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

I recently visited Butter & Cream Bakery, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere seemed promising, but it quickly took a downturn. The first issue I encountered was the steep prices for the menu items. While I understand that quality comes at a cost, the prices at Butter & Cream Bakery seemed disproportionately high given the mediocre taste of the food. The dishes were passable, but they lacked the flavor and creativity that one would expect at such a price point. To make matters worse, the staff's attitude was far from welcoming. I encountered several instances of indifference and impatience from the employees. It was evident that they were disinterested in providing a positive customer experience. This lack of professionalism significantly detracted from the overall ambiance of the establishment. Moreover, the slow service further added to the disappointment. It took an unusually long time for our orders to arrive, and there was little effort made by the staff to keep us informed or apologize for the delay. While Butter & Cream Bakery may have potential, its current state leaves much room for improvement. I would recommend management to reconsider their pricing strategy, invest in staff training for better customer service, and focus on enhancing the overall quality of the dining experience.
