Not professional at all and poor customer service! Not recommend at all ! I asked for 24 blue mini donuts for my son's 4th birthday and got mermaids ! It was another command for another client. THEY made the mistake and didn't try to make up for it ! They asked me to pay with a discount something I didn't ask for ! They did not try take make any effort to do some new more 2 hours and a half before party while living 5 mn away from the store ! Incident happened at 1pm and customer service only reached at me at 1am, text message + call ! If you can, run away from them ! Definitely waste of time unless you want to have your party ruined ! And not even good donuts !

Images look perfect here but not the same when you see them stacked all 18 donuts topped with pandan cake and strawberries in a box. Slow response. Poor customer services. Will never consider and will definitely not recommended.
