Really enjoyed the shio pan at Butter Bread Cafe. The texture was soft and fluffy with a light crisp on the outside, and the buttery flavor was rich but balanced. It tasted fresh and well made. Would come back again for this. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
