人気のベイカーハウスの近くにあるお店。 チョコの種類が多く、高カカオ%のものや、フレーバーもの（苺、なつめ、陳皮、マンゴ、ドリアン、パッションフルーツなど）が楽しめる。包装もきれいので、お土産におすすめ！ジェラート、ベーカリー、タルトも美味しかった！. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I had a very disappointing experience at Cacaolab in Causeway Bay this morning. I’ve visited this location before and was impressed by the friendly service and delicious food, which prompted me to return. However, my encounter with a staff member named Nova completely shattered that positive impression. I was eager to try some different products and asked Nova a few questions, but she responded with cold and dismissive attitudes each time. It was clear that she was uninterested in helping, making me feel unwelcome. Even after I made a purchase of three items, her attitude remained consistently poor. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning. No matter how tasty the food is, it’s not worth being treated so rudely. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $50–100
