Owner rude and abusive
Staff not trained no customer service no apology. Told us to sit inside as they had given our table to somebody else in error.
Told us we had to take that table inside not the one outside as booked or leave he would call the police as we challenged this.
We are 6 retired British people I've worked in travel and tourism all over the world. Never have I met an owner that screams and pokes his customers.
He threw our 2000 baht at us and told us to leave . Charming .
He needs to train his staff and also needs training himself in customer service.
Seems as the previous guest said told to go elsewhere!! Maybe others will also go elsewhere
