As a family with deep Jeju roots, we know the island well:) — and Zephyros has always been one of our absolute favorite spots. Jeju is full of cafés with ocean views, but Zephyros is truly one of a kind. What makes this place so special is its secluded, uninterrupted view of the ocean and Chagwido Island. The café sits right next to an Olle Trail, and when you’re there, it feels like relaxing at your own seaside villa — peaceful, quiet, and breathtakingly beautiful. It also has a gorgeous garden and outdoor seating area where you can enjoy your coffee while soaking in the sea breeze — absolutely perfect on a sunny day! This café has gone through a few ownership changes over the years, and when it closed recently, it honestly broke our hearts. But we just found out it reopened under a new owner, so of course we had to visit right away — and wow, it was wonderful! The new owner is amazing — so kind, friendly, and welcoming. The coffee and drinks were excellent, and all the pastries (cakes, cookies, etc.) are homemade by the owner, who’s a pastry chef. Everything was delicious! If you’re looking for a calm, beautiful spot away from the crowds, with great coffee, amazing desserts, a lovely garden, and a view that feels like a private escape — Zephyros is the place. Price per person: ₩1–10,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
