At the same time, after 26 years in the market, we have learned that taste is very personal — and unfortunately, it is not always possible to make everyone happy. Our garlic bread has become one of our best-selling items, with over 4,000 portions sold, and we regularly receive very positive feedback from customers who enjoy it. That said, we fully understand that it may not be to everyone’s taste. Regarding the sandwich, we do believe that $18 is a very reasonable price, considering that it is made with our well-known homemade ciabatta and the high-quality ingredients we use. In fact, we have had customers mention that our prices are very fair for the quality and portion served. As for the juices, we would also like to clarify that we do not add ice unless the customer requests it. Many places add ice to dilute the juice, but this is not something we do. If a customer prefers the juice colder, or if the temperature is not to their liking, they are always welcome to ask for ice, and we will happily provide it. We always take feedback seriously, but we also stand by the quality of our food, our ingredients, and the care our team puts into what we serve every day.
